DermNurse Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At DermNurse, we ensure the purity and quality of our skin product lines. Customers may request a product exchange or in-store credit for products returned due to allergy, dissatisfaction with product performance, or product container defects such as a broken airless pump. We accept returns for skincare products purchased from DermNurse Medical Aesthetics for in-store credit only. Skincare products are returnable within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to inspection, as we cannot accept returns on over half-used or empty products. Items must be received before the credit or exchange is processed.

Our Policy:
→ Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit.
→ Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or No-Shows will result in a $50 fee.
First Time Late Cancellation or No-Show: A $50 fee will be charged but may be applied toward your rescheduled treatment (not retail products), if completed within 2 weeks of the original appointment.
Second Time Late Cancellation or No-Show: A $50 fee will be charged and is non-refundable.
How to Avoid Fees:
We kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment to another client.
