DermNurse ensures the purity and quality of our product lines. Customers may request a product exchange, or in-store credit for products returned due to allergy, dissatisfaction with product performance, or defective products.
We accept returns for skin care products purchased from DermNurse Medical Aesthetics for an in-store credit only. Skin care products are returnable within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to inspection, as we cannot accept returns on over half used or empty products. Items must be received before the credit or exchange is processed.
We do not offer refunds on injectable cosmetics such as Dysport, Botox, Nuceiva, or dermal fillers. We require follow-up appointments, at an additional charge, in order to deliver optimal results.
Late Cancellations or No-show fee $50
Cancellations via email or telephone messages within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment with a reasonable reason will be the exception. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment or no-shows will be required to pay a $50 cancellation fee upon their next appointment.
All Groupon's will automatically be redeemed upon either a no-show, or anyone who is more than 15 minutes late without email or telephone notification provided at least 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
We do not issue refunds/in-store credit for any cosmetic injectable, trial sized or sample products , make-up, oral supplements, eyelash serum, or gift cards.
*All services performed are 100% non refundable. No refunds will be issued in the form of cash, cheque, debit or credit.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the products or services provided, we would like to have an opportunity to have you come back to be assessed. At that time we will work together with you to come to a resolution. We can not help clients who choose not to return for a follow-up appointment.
