SKIN PRODUCT RETURNS
At DermNurse, we ensure the purity and quality of our skin product lines. Customers may request a product exchange or in-store credit for products returned due to allergy, dissatisfaction with product performance, or product container defects such as a broken airless pump. We accept returns for skincare products purchased from DermNurse Medical Aesthetics for in-store credit only. Skincare products are returnable within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to inspection, as we cannot accept returns on over half-used or empty products. Items must be received before the credit or exchange is processed.

COSMETIC INJECTABLES
We do not offer refunds on injectable cosmetics such as Dysport, Botox, Nuceiva, or Dermal fillers. We require follow-up appointments, at an additional charge, to deliver optimal results.
Late Cancellations or No-shows: A non-refundable fee of $50 will be charged for cancellations via email or telephone messages within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment. Clients who no-show on a weekend or provide a late cancellation notification on a weekend will not be allowed to book on a weekend without paying a $50 fee to secure their appointment or may not be permitted to book on a weekend in the future.
DERMNURSE REWARDS POLICY
At DermNurse, we appreciate your trust in us for your aesthetic needs. As a token of our gratitude, we offer a Reward Program, allowing you to earn 2% credit back on all purchases.
Program Overview:
Enrollment: All clients of DermNurse Medical Aesthetics are automatically enrolled in the Reward Program. No additional sign-up fee is necessary.
Late Cancellations or No-shows: We reserve the right to deduct Rewards points to collect any $50 late cancellation or no-show fees.
Earning Credits: For every purchase you make at DermNurse—whether for treatments, consultations, or products—you will earn credit equal to 2% of the purchase price (excluding taxes and fees). The credit will automatically be added to your Reward Card if you bring in your REGISTERED physical DermNurse Rewards card at the time of purchase. For those who do not bring in their card, Reward points cannot be accumulated or redeemed.
Lost Cards: Clients who lose their Rewards card will be required to pay a $5 fee to have it replaced. Cards that are lost and not registered will lose their points, so treat your card like cash. The replacement fee can be subtracted from points accumulated on the card.
Register your card! Your card is like cash. If you lose your DermNurse Rewards card before registering it online, there is no way we can redeem any points on the lost card. Register today by visiting our website dermnurse.ca, clicking “Rewards/Giftcards,” and then selecting “Rewards.” Click the yellow box “Register your card” to complete the process.
Redeeming Credits: Credits accumulated on your Rewards Card can be used towards any future regularly priced purchase at DermNurse. Please note that credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
Checking Balance: You can check your Reward Card balance at any time by logging into your account on our website under Rewards.
Expiration: Credits will expire if not used within 6 months of inactivity.
Non-transferable: Reward Cards and accumulated credits are non-transferable and must be used by the enrolled client.
DERMNURSE MEMBERSHIP POLICY
Skin Quality Membership: $99.99 per month plus GST.
Each Member chooses one treatment (valued at $200) per month. Monthly Options include: Customized Facials, Customized Chemical Peels, and Dermaplanning.
15% discount on all regular-priced skincare treatments and products.
10% discount on all regular-priced cosmetic injectables.
Membership Terms:
Enrollment: Memberships are available to all clients and can be activated at any time.
Payment: Membership fees are automatically charged monthly to the credit card on file.
Cancellations: Members may cancel their membership after three months with a 30-day written notice. Benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Freezing Memberships: Memberships can be frozen for up to 2 months per calendar year upon request.
Non-Transferable: Membership benefits are non-transferable and must be used by the enrolled member.
Unused Benefits: Monthly treatments do not roll over to the next month if unused.
Discount Exclusions: Membership discounts do not apply to promotional or already discounted items.
Policy Changes: DermNurse reserves the right to modify membership benefits, fees, or terms at any time with a 30-day notice. All changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website.
