What’s included, and what isn’t
- The membership has a 3-month minimum, then continues month to month.
- You can bank your monthly payments as membership credit, to use toward treatments or products. Unused paid credit does not expire, even after your membership ends.
- Injectables, Exosomes, microneedling and every other treatment are paid for at each visit. Membership lowers the price where a discount is listed; it does not include them.
- Skincare products are bought separately, at the member discount on regular-priced items, in the clinic or online.
- Medical services, such as Swift wart removal, hormone optimization, mole and skin bump removal, and acne cyst injections, are not discounted.
- Prices are plus GST.
- If you cancel your member treatment within 24 hours or miss it, that month’s treatment is forfeited, with no $50 fee on top. If the appointment was for a different treatment, the fee is $50, and you choose how to pay it: from your membership credit, if you have a balance, or separately before your next booking.
- Member pricing applies to regular-priced items; items already on sale are not regular-priced.

How does the DermNurse membership work?
You pay a monthly fee and, in return, get a skin treatment every month and member pricing on skincare and services. The Skin Quality Membership is $99 a month plus GST for one 1-hour peel, facial or dermaplaning facial each month, with 10% off skincare (in the clinic and online) and 10% off services, medical services excluded.
Which treatments can I choose each month?
One of three 1-hour treatments: a customized chemical peel (for wrinkles, acne, dullness or rosacea and inflammation), a customized facial (for acne, dry skin, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation or rosacea and inflammation), or a dermaplaning facial.
What does the membership include?
One 1-hour treatment each month, 10% off regular-priced medical-grade skincare (in the clinic and online), 10% off regular-priced services, injectables included, and invitations to member events and offers. Medical services are not discounted.
How much does the membership cost, and how often am I billed?
$99 a month plus GST, charged each month on the date you joined, to a card kept on file.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, 3 months. After that the membership continues month to month until you cancel.
Is there a joining or setup fee?
No. There is no joining or setup fee.
How do I join?
Book a consultation. We will look at your skin and talk through what you want before you join. You can book online or call the clinic.
When can I start using my benefits?
From your first payment. Member pricing starts that day, and you can book your first member treatment right away.
How do I book my member treatments?
The same way as any appointment: book online or call us. If you cancel your member treatment within 24 hours or miss it, that month’s treatment is forfeited, with no $50 fee on top. If the appointment was for a different treatment, the fee is $50, and you choose how to pay it: from your membership credit, if you have a balance, or separately before your next booking.
What happens if I don’t use my treatment in a month?
Your monthly payments can be banked as membership credit, to use toward treatments or products. Unused paid credit does not expire, even after your membership ends.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, for any reason, once your 3-month minimum is met. Email a written request to info@dermnurse.ca, with 30 days’ notice. Nothing is billed while your membership is paused.
How do I cancel, and are payments refundable?
Once your 3-month minimum is met, you may pause or cancel your membership for any reason. We require a written request emailed to info@dermnurse.ca, with 30 days’ notice. Paid membership months are not refunded in cash, except where required by law. Cancelling ends future membership benefits and discounts, but does not erase unused paid credit: it stays available after your membership ends, does not expire, and can be used toward eligible treatments or products at the clinic. Purchases made after cancelling use the prices at that time.
Can I share or transfer my benefits?
No. Your treatments and member pricing are for you alone, since each treatment is planned around your skin.
Do members save more at clinic events?
Yes. At the clinic’s two yearly events (Mother’s Day Week and the Christmas Client Appreciation Event), members receive bonus savings automatically.
Which products and services does the member discount cover?
The membership takes 10% off regular-priced medical-grade skincare products, in the clinic and online, and 10% off regular-priced services, injectables included. Medical services, such as Swift wart removal, hormone optimization, mole and skin bump removal, and acne cyst injections, are excluded. Items already on sale are not "regular-priced".
Is GST included in the price?
No. Prices are plus GST.
How do I know which treatments are right for my skin?
At a consultation; a cosmetic consultation is free for the first 15 minutes. Whether a particular treatment suits your skin is something we decide with you in person.
What if a membership isn’t for me?
There are other ways to save without a monthly plan: the DermNurse Rewards card earns 2% back on what you spend before tax, as in-store credit with no expiry, and a package of three or more treatments takes 10% off. To spread the cost of a treatment of $1,000 or more, there is Beautifi financing.
