What are Sculptra and Radiesse?

DermNurse offers two biostimulatory dermal fillers: Sculptra and Radiesse. Both stimulate your body’s own collagen production for natural, long-lasting volume.

Sculptra is a collagen biostimulator made with poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA). Injected deep into the dermis, it stimulates fibroblasts to build new collagen over time, so volume appears gradually over several months. Results last up to 2 years or more.

Radiesse is a biostimulator and filler made with calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres. It provides immediate slight volume correction, and the microspheres stimulate collagen and elastin production. Results last 12 to 18 months. It can also be diluted for skin tightening (“Hyperdilute Radiesse”).
