Michelle is a Nurse Practitioner and advanced Nurse Injector with over 25 years of experience in healthcare. She graduated from nursing in 1996, worked closely with a board-certified dermatologist for five years, and has owned and operated DermNurse Medical Aesthetics in Calgary since 2015.

Michelle holds a certification in anti-aging and regenerative medicine through A4M (the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine). She is certified in hormone replacement therapy. She is registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) and the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).

She is known for her skilled, honest approach to aesthetic medicine and her commitment to natural-looking results and patient safety.

Tracey Lotze, MBChB, CCFP, is a licensed physician with over 20 years of clinical experience and a growing focus on women’s health, hormonal and sexual health, gynecology, and cosmetic gynecology.

After receiving her medical degree in South Africa in 2005, she completed her Canadian Family Medicine certification in 2013. She recently earned an International Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology through the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and has completed advanced international training in aesthetic and cosmetic gynecology through the European Society of Aesthetic Gynecology.

Dr. Lotze provides labiaplasty, hormone optimization, and injectable treatments, alongside compassionate, evidence-based care. She is passionate about creating a comfortable environment where women feel heard, informed, and supported throughout every stage of life.

Paris is a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of clinical experience, including a strong background in Emergency nursing. For the past five years, she has had the opportunity to bring her nursing expertise and passion for aesthetics together, creating a career that has become such a meaningful part of what she does. She is grateful to be part of the team at DermNurse Medical Aesthetics.

Her approach to aesthetics is rooted in creating natural, subtle and personalized results that enhance what already makes you beautiful. Paris believes you should still look and feel like yourself—just a little more refreshed, balanced and confident. She takes the time to understand each client’s goals and believes that thoughtful, individualized care is at the heart of beautiful results.

Shae has always had a passion for aesthetics and knew soon after graduating from nursing school that she wanted to pursue a career in medical aesthetics. Since completing her injector training, she has focused on creating natural, subtle results that enhance each patient’s unique features rather than change them.

Her approach is thoughtful and individualized, with a focus on helping patients look refreshed while still looking like themselves. Shae strives to ensure every patient feels comfortable, heard, and confident in their treatment decisions.

Jadyn is a Clinical Aesthetician who graduated with her Clinical Esthetics Diploma in May 2026. She has a genuine passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin and takes a personalized, results-driven approach to every treatment. She believes that great skin starts with understanding each client’s unique concerns, goals, and lifestyle, allowing her to create treatment experiences tailored specifically to them.

Her favourite treatments include microneedling and laser hair removal. She truly enjoys seeing the confidence that comes with helping clients achieve noticeable, long-term results. Jadyn strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, supported, and excited about their skin journey.

As part of the DermNurse team, Jadyn is excited to be working alongside a group of passionate professionals who share her commitment to exceptional client care and natural, confidence-boosting results. Jane Shewchuk is a Clinical Aesthetician at DermNurse Medical Aesthetics in Calgary with over nine years of experience in the industry. A 2017 graduate of DelMar College, she brings a science-driven approach to skin rejuvenation, specializing in advanced treatments such as microneedling, laser therapies, and medical-grade skincare. Her clients value not only the visible improvements in their skin but also the clear, thoughtful way she explains each step of the process.

Jane is known for combining technical expertise with genuine care, creating an experience that is both professional and comfortable. Reviews often describe her as attentive, warm, and detail-oriented—qualities that leave clients feeling confident, cared for, and glowing after every visit.

With a background in nursing and a natural passion for business, Sherry brings together the worlds of healthcare, entrepreneurship, and leadership. A true entrepreneur at heart, Sherry has built her career around turning ideas into thriving businesses.
