These terms apply to your use of dermnurse.ca, the website of DermNurse Corp., operating as DermNurse Medical Aesthetics, a medical aesthetics clinic at Suite 110, 358 58th Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2H 2M5. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
Information, not medical advice
The information on this website is general information about our clinic and the treatments we offer. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace a consultation with a qualified clinician. Whether a treatment is right for you, and what it can do for you, is decided with you at a consultation.
Results vary from person to person. Photographs, reviews and testimonials on this website show individual experiences and are not a promise of the same result.
Please do not use our website, contact form or email for an urgent medical matter. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
Booking and appointments
Appointments are booked online through Jane, our booking and patient records system, or by calling us at (403) 475-9296. Our clinic policies apply to every appointment, including our late-cancellation policy: cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment, or missing it, carries a $50 fee for each scheduled treatment, except that member appointments follow the membership’s own rule.
Prices, offers and memberships
Prices, offers and membership details on this website can change without notice, and are confirmed with you at the clinic. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and taxes are added where they apply. An offer that shows an end date runs until that date. Each offer may carry its own conditions, which we will tell you before you buy.
Our online store and other services
Our online skincare store runs on Shopify, online booking runs on Jane, and patient financing is offered through Beautifi. When you use them, their own terms and privacy policies apply as well as ours. We are not responsible for the content of other websites we link to.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages from us, they come from (587) 355-3304. They are about your account, your orders and the services you have asked for, such as appointment reminders, order confirmations and account notifications, and, if you tick the box for them on our enquiry form, offers and clinic updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to stop receiving messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
