What are collagen bio-enhancers?
Our biostimulator treatments are designed to support healthier-looking skin by encouraging collagen stimulation, cellular renewal, hydration and improved skin quality over time. Unlike traditional fillers, which primarily replace volume, biostimulators work more gradually to improve the skin’s structure, firmness, texture and overall glow.
Sculptra is an injectable collagen biostimulator made with poly-L-lactic acid, designed to gradually stimulate collagen production and improve facial structure, volume and skin firmness over time. It suits facial volume loss, laxity, hollowing or early sagging. It can be injected in the temples, cheeks, the sides of the face, the area beside the nostrils (pyriform), the marionette lines, chin and jawline. The forehead, the area between the eyes, the nose and the area around the mouth cannot be injected.
Radiesse is a biostimulator and filler made with calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres: immediate slight volume correction, with the microspheres stimulating collagen and elastin production over time. Results last 12 to 18 months, and it can be diluted for skin tightening.
NucleoSkin (Promoitalia) is a regenerative skin-quality treatment designed to improve hydration, elasticity, texture and overall skin vitality, for dull skin, crepey texture, dehydration and early aging.
Light Eyes (Promoitalia) is a targeted under-eye skin booster for tired, dull or dehydrated under-eye skin, supporting brightness, hydration and smoother-looking skin around the delicate eye area.
V-Tech (Promoitalia) is an intensive exosome-inspired skin rejuvenation system formulated with PDRN and plant stem cell technology, for skin quality, radiance and recovery after aesthetic treatments.
V-Hacker (Promoitalia) is a skin revitalization treatment that supports the skin’s natural regenerative processes and nourishes tired, aging or stressed skin, using what Promoitalia describes as advanced synthetic exosomal technology.
DE|RIVE Exosomes are regenerative treatments used to support skin and scalp health, commonly paired with microneedling or used in hair restoration protocols to support recovery, hydration and rejuvenation.
NucleoSkin, Light Eyes, V-Tech, V-Hacker and DE|RIVE Exosomes are topical: they are applied to the skin, not injected.

Which biostimulator is right for me?

How is a biostimulator different from a filler?
Traditional fillers primarily replace volume. Biostimulators work more gradually, encouraging collagen stimulation, cellular renewal and hydration to improve the skin’s structure, firmness, texture and overall glow over time.
How quickly will I see results?
Most biostimulators work gradually, building collagen and skin quality over time. Radiesse also adds some volume straight away, but it does not rival dermal filler for volume.
Where can Sculptra and Radiesse be injected?
In the temples, cheeks, the sides of the face, the marionette lines, chin and jawline. They cannot be injected in the forehead, between the eyes, in the nose or around the mouth.
